Refund policy

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue a full refund for returned goods.

  • You can return purchased goods within 14 days of the order date.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at liveinyourlightco@gmail.com.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Goods must be returned in original condition. (Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.)
  • You must include a copy of the original receipt with your goods.
  • Be sure to return your goods to the address on the original packaging.
  • We recommend you use Fed Ex or UPS with tracking to monitor return status.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our staff and approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card. Please note certain credit cards may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded

NOTE: The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility unless otherwise specified.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Our Love & Happiness Meditation Candles are non-returnable items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at liveinyourlightco@gmail.com.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be in writing. Written cancellations will be honored on all orders that have not been prepared for shipping.
